Explore the Tool

To explore the RMOBI Network Visualization Tool, navigate to the "Tool" page using the navigation bar above. The platform offers an interactive interface to visualize and analyze colocalization patterns between antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) and their temporal dynamics across different patient stages in FMT cohorts.

Visualization Modes
  • ARG–MGE Interaction View: Explore interactions between Antimicrobial Resistance Genes and Mobile Genetic Elements, including colocalizations and their temporal dynamics across patient stages. Temporal dynamics refer to how these patterns evolve over time within patients, and whether potential patient-derived transfer of colocalizations from corresponding donors can be observed.
  • Colocalization View: Focus on colocalization relationships and their temporal dynamics, highlighting how associations change across patient stages and potential donor-to-patient transfer patterns.

Filtering Options: Customize the network by disease type, MGE group, patient stage (donor, pre-FMT, post-FMT), and by specific ARGs or MGEs to perform disease-specific comparisons. Helpful filtering tips are provided alongside each option to guide your analysis.

Export Options: Export the current network view in multiple formats, as an SVG for high-quality vector graphics, a PDF for easy sharing and printing, or as raw data for further analysis. Wait until the graph is fully loaded and stable before exporting.
